From note to shared insight
The problem
Atlas sends survey teams to remote sites where there is rarely a signal. Notes were written on paper, typed up days later and half of the context was lost on the way back.
The approach
I joined two site visits, then designed an offline-first notebook: big tap targets, photo notes, map pins and tags that sync the moment a phone finds a network again.
The outcome
Teams now log three times as many notes per visit, and insights reach the office the same day instead of the next week.
